Your data is an asset, don’t give it to a stranger

“You’d have to become an investor first,” one of our clients once joked after we asked if we could see one of the reports they produced with the help of our platform. In other words: access denied.

We understand: information is precious, especially non-public data on alternative investments. Even entrusting the raw data to our platform can be a sensitive matter. When we begin working with new clients, there’s always that moment when the legal team joins the call.

So before we ask you to entrust your data to our platform, allow us to explain how we ensure it’s in good in hands.

First, the technicalities. Every Mesoica client has their own data silo, completely walled off from others, ensuring there’s zero risk of cross-contamination. We keep your information safe by applying international best cybersecurity practices and following European rules – we’re ISO 27001 certified and fully comply with the EU’s GDPR.

Also, we take good care to know where your data is stored – not a luxury in these tumultuous times, where data can suddenly be subject to foreign political whims or surprise extraterritorial claims. We only partner with trusted providers operating servers within the EU, specifically in the Netherlands and Germany.

But we also want to go beyond software and standards. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. By combining knowledge about financial data management, the possibilities and pitfalls of artificial intelligence and our past experiences of streamlining data processes, we want to tailor our platform to your needs.
